CANCELLATION POLICY

We know schedules change and uncontrollable events arise.  Here's our cancellation policy for when life requires it.

• Cancel 14 days before the workshop, receive a full refund.

• Cancel 7 days before the workshop, receive a 50% refund.

• Cancel within 7 days of the workshop, no refunds are available (we've already incurred program expenses for the participant. Sorry).

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the workshop, and will be mailed to the address provided at registration.  Should a refund need to be sent to a different address, please contact The Professional Communicators to make necessary arrangements.
